Day of Remembrance Makizushi

The Nihonmachi Outreach Committee asked Wesley if they can provide makizushi for the Day of Remembrance event held at the Buddhist Church auditorium on Sunday, Feb. 16. The sale of the makizushi will help offset the cost of putting on the Day of Remembrance. We thank Akiko Buchanan, Kazuko Hughs, Setsuko Lebu and Misako Ogi for preparing/cooking the vegetables on Sat., for Ron Ogi for cooking and cooling the rice and Ken Yanai for rolling the 41 rolls.
